RECOVER YOUR TICKET

You can bring your ticket in digital format on the day of the event; there’s no need to print it out.

If you’re coming as a group, we recommend that each person brings their own ticket to speed up the process of entering the venue.

We always recommend that you purchase tickets through our official channels (Enterticket). If tickets have not been purchased through our official channels, the organisers accept no responsibility for any problems that may arise when entering the venue.

Yes, it is called a Reduced Mobility Ticket, which grants access to the general area of the venue and the disabled access area.

To enter the venue with this ticket, you must present a certificate of reduced mobility or be a wheelchair user. Due to capacity restrictions, you may only be accompanied by one person, who must purchase another Reduced Mobility Ticket.

No, entry is prohibited to those under the age of 18.

Yes, once the event doors have opened, you will be able to enter up to 60 minutes before the event ends.

Yes, there will be a first-aid point and medical staff on site. If you need medical attention at any point during the event, please speak to a member of the organising or security staff and they will direct you to the nearest first-aid point or contact the medical team on your behalf.

Once the site map is uploaded during the week of the festival, you will be able to see where the first-aid point is located on the map.

The cashless wristband will be your method of payment at the festival. It will be issued to all attendees, with one wristband provided per ticket at no extra cost. Your festival ticket will be linked to the cashless wristband.

It will be valid for payments at drinks outlets, food stalls and merchandise stands. You can top up your wristband with cash or a card at the designated points on the day of the event.

No. We’ll give you the wristband when you show your ticket; it’s your ticket to the Festival. To be able to make purchases, you’ll need to top up this wristband when you collect it from the designated collection points in the days leading up to the Festival or at the top-up points within the Festival grounds.

TOP UP YOUR WRISTBAND

Yes, but it will have to be the person with the topped-up wristband who goes to the bar to pay.

A refund of any remaining balance on your wristband (excluding promotional credit) can be requested via the festival’s official website from 00:00 on Wednesday 18 November until 23:59 on Thursday 17 December 2026.

Remember to keep your wristband, as you will need to enter the code printed on it to request a refund.

There are no administration fees for refunding the balance.

In the festival’s food truck area, you’ll find a variety of food options and a relaxation area where you can take a break.

Drinks bars can be found at various points around the venue.

Prices will be displayed at the various sales and top-up points at the event.

HOW TO GET THERE

No. We recommend that you use public transport or private transport services.

If you have a General Admission ticket, head for the GENERAL ENTRANCE.

If you have a Front Stage ticket, enter via the FRONT STAGE lane.

If you have a Standing VIP ticket, enter via the STANDING VIP lane.

If you have a disabled access (PMR) ticket, please head to the disabled access (PMR) lane on arrival. Check the venue map to locate the access point, the disabled access platforms for each stage, and accessible bars and toilets.

If you need any help at any time, please speak to our staff; they will provide you with all the information you need.

Re-entry is not permitted; if you decide to leave the venue, you will not be able to re-enter. If you need to leave for medical reasons (such as to take medication that you are unable to carry with you), you will need to contact a member of the organising team.

It is not permitted to bring in alcoholic drinks, tins or bottles with caps.

In order to demonstrate to the health authorities the traceability of all food and drink consumed within the venue, as well as to ensure the safety of all attendees, in those Autonomous Communities where current regulations permit it, a limited amount of food per person may be brought in, such as a sandwich or similar item, or a piece of fruit.

You may bring in a 50cl bottle of water in a plastic container without a cap, and water taps will be made available to customers on the premises.

If you have any allergies or intolerances, you may bring your own food without any restrictions.

There will be various stalls on the premises where you can purchase a wide variety of food and drink.

Everyone’s safety is very important to us. We therefore do not permit certain items at the event:

- Fireworks, sparklers or any type of explosive
- Animals
- Roller skates, scooters, skateboards or any other similar items
- Weapons of any kind or any object that could be used as a weapon
- Alcoholic drinks
- Glass bottles and/or tins
- Perfumes, deodorants, sprays or any type of aerosol, etc.
- Laser pointers
- Blunt objects (large rucksacks, motorbike helmets, etc.)
- Audio or video recording equipment (iPads, tablets, computers, professional cameras, drones, etc.)
- External batteries and/or power banks
- Rigid umbrellas or parasols
- Selfie sticks
- Illegal substances
- Banners larger than A3 or with a handle
- Any type of item (flags, banners, clothing, etc.) deemed inappropriate or offensive
- Any item that produces noise: megaphones, sirens, horns, etc.
- Tents, chairs, tables, cool boxes, etc.
- Any object deemed by the organisers to be inappropriate for the safety of the event

A security check will be carried out at the entrance for everyone’s safety. We ask for your full cooperation.
