I can't find my tickets

If you can’t find your tickets you can search for them in your email by searching for ‘Enterticket’ and checking your Spam folder. If you still can’t find it, write to [email protected] or request a resend from the following button:

RECOVER YOUR TICKET

You can bring your ticket in digital format on the day of the event, it is not necessary to print it.

If you come in a group, we recommend that everyone brings their own ticket to speed up the process of access to the venue.

What if my ticket was bought on an unofficial channel?

We recommend you always buy through our official channels (Enterticket). If tickets have not been purchased through our official channels, the organisation cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise during access.

How can I get to the venue?

Love the 90s Gran Canaria will take place in GRAN CANARIA STADIUM ANNEX, C. Fondos de Segura, s/n, 35019 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Is it possible to leave the venue?

No re-entry is allowed; if you decide to leave the site, you will not be able to re-enter.

If you have to leave for medical reasons (e.g. to administer medication that you cannot take with you), you will need to contact a member of the organisation.

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the event?

Taxi or private transport services will be available at the end of the event.

Can food and drink be brought in?

It is not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages, cans or bottles with stoppers.

In order to be able to accredit to the Health Department the traceability of all food and drink consumed within the enclosure, as well as the safety of all those attending, in those Autonomous Communities where the current regulations allow it, a limited number of food items per person may be brought in, such as a sandwich or similar product, a piece of fruit and/or a 50cl bottle of water in a plastic container without a cap, provided that it does not pose a health risk.

There will be different stalls on the site where a wide variety of drinks and food will be available for purchase.

Water taps will be available for customers on the site.

What can I bring to the festival?

The safety of everyone is very important to us. At the entrance there will be a security check for everyone’s safety. We ask for your full cooperation.

We do not allow certain items at the event (by way of example and not limited to):

  • Fireworks, flares or any kind of explosives.
  • Animals
  • Roller skates, scooters, skateboards or any other similar items
  • Weapons of any kind or with any object that can be so used
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Glass jars, cans
  • Perfumes, deodorants, sprays or any type of aerosol, etc.
  • Laser pointers
  • Blunt objects (large backpacks, motorbike helmets, etc.)
  • Audio or image recording equipment (ipads, tablets, computers, professional cameras, drones, etc.).
  • Rigid umbrellas or parasols
  • Selfie sticks
  • Illicit substances
  • Any type of item (flags, banners, clothing,…) that is considered inappropriate or offensive.
  • Any element that produces noise. megaphones, sirens, horns, etc…
  • Tents, chairs, tables, fridges, etc….
  • Any object that the organisation considers inappropriate for the safety of the event.

What is the price of food and drink?

Prices will be indicated at the different points of sale and recharge of the festival.

Will there be vegan, vegetarian and celiac-friendly options?

Yes, there will be as varied options as possible in the food trucks and festival bars.

What is the payment method? Is it possible to pay in cash?

The cashless wristband will be your method of payment at fesitval. It will be given to all attendees, receiving one wristband per ticket at no additional cost. Your entrance to the festival will be linked to the cashless wristband.

The wristband will be valid for payment at the drink sales points, food stands and merchandising. You will be able to recharge your wristband with cash or card at the points set up for this purpose on the day of the event.

Is the wristband for consumption purchased?

No. We give you the wristband on presentation of your ticket, it is your ticket to the Festival. In order to be able to consume you must recharge this wristband at the recharge points inside the festival.

Where can I charge my wristband if I run out of credit?

You will be able to charge at the charging points that you will find in the venue.

Can several people consume with one wristband?

Yes, but it will have to be the person with the charged wristband who goes to the bar.

If I have money left over on my wristband, can I get it back?

The refund of the remaining balance of the wristband (except the promotional balance) can be requested through the festival’s official website from the Wednesday following the event. Remember to keep your wristband as you will have to enter the code that appears on it to request a refund. You will have 14 calendar days to apply for a refund. The refund of the remaining balance is free of charge.

Is the wristband valid for other Love the 90s festivals?

No, the wristband is only valid for Love the 90s Gran Canaria 2025.

Are people under the age of 18 allowed to enter?

No, access for people under the age of 18 is prohibited.

Which stands will be on the venue?

Welcome to Love the 90s. You’ll be able to enjoy a variety of hospitality areas, activations from your favourite brands, official merchandise and, of course, lots of music!
